Google Docs vs. Microsoft Word
Can anyone give me their opinions on each and which would be best for a small business with limited employees?

Microsoft Word is always going to be the gold standard to word documents. The younger generation seems to be gravitating to Google Docs, but just isn't quite there. Now that Microsoft has their own cloud and mobile versions of Word, Google is going to fight an uphill battle. Save yourself the trouble, pay the $100 per year and go with Word.
